ATSUKO HAMANAKA BRANDT
Born 1980 in Japan, lives and works in Stockholm, Sweden.

I am an interior architect and a designer educated at Beckmans College of Design (BFA) and Konstfack (MFA). I have my own firm since 2007 and work with project-based assignments as freelance designer. I work with various kinds of interior architectural projects such as retail, exhibition and scenography / theater production.

I consider design as an important part of culture and a tool to enrich our daily life and society.  My aim throughout design-process is to create forms & space that people can relate to, identify with and get inspirations from.
